Garage Sales

As most of you know Larry & I love to garage sale on Saturday mornings. We've had good luck finding baby items! So far we've picked up 2 bumbo seats for $5 each (new=$40 each) We also picked up a deluxe pack n play for only $25 (it was only used once & new it costs $130 & up!!!) Larry is still hoping to find a $25 corvette....maybe some day....in his dreams! We are only 23 days away from our big Myrtle Beach vacation & only 22 days away from our official ultra sound!!! We are looking forward to both.

White Trash/Hog Fest

Yesterday, our friends Zach & Jacque had their 4th annual White Trash/Hog roast. Since Larry & I have an anniversary coming up, they asked us to renew our vows"redneck" style. Jacque & Zach stood up for us, their daughter Regan was my flower girl, Jacque's friend Bill gave me away & our friend Chris performed the ceremony. Larry rode up on a big wheel w/ a basket full of beer. We walked down the isle to Kid Rock's new song...All Summer Long, & had a cake made of various Hostess products w/ a pregnant barbie on top. My dress had 2 buttons on it. One said Bride to be & the other said Mom to be.The day was a blast! To see more pictures click on our friends website...crazycrumbs.

Dr. Appt. today

I had a quick check up today. I got to hear the baby's heartbeat. It is in the 150's which they said was in the normal range...& I also read a myth online that said a stronger heartbeat could be a girl baby. I'll make sure I let Larry know about this!

Way to go Larry!!!

Larry just found out yesterday that he was selected for Lieutenant Commander!!!!! Yeah Larry! I am so proud of you. Besides the promotion we've been doing good. I've enjoyed having Larry home this week, but the time will be short since he leaves again soon...but not for too long. We have both been busy with work. I have been training someone new, & Larry is just always busy. Funny story: Last Saturday we finally went to the pool on base. It was great. We were there about 2 1/2 hours when the lifeguard said to us...which one of these kids is yours? We said none of them...he said this is a private party for the cub scouts so we are going to have to ask you to leave! We just laughed & laughed...but at least we did get to use the pool 1st! So we have an issue: We can not agree on any baby names. Larry is dead set on little Larry...he doesn't like any boy or girl names that I picked out. I don't like ordinary names...so help us out.
