10 month update

I can't beleive Skylar turned 10 months old on Wednesday. She is growing up fast. She pulls herself up on the furniture & actually uses her jumperoo as a walker. She can even sit back down from a standing position. She started waving the other day. She says a few words every now & then like Momma, Taz, & no no no! Her favorite word is Dadda & she says it all day long. When Larry picks her up she smiles & clings to him if he tries to put her down...it melts him & by the way she does not do this with me :(

A day at the mall

We forgot our camera today!!! :( We went to the mall in St Joseph MO. Mommy got a haircut with highlites & I hung out with my Daddy.I just love babble in the mall & get lots of attention. For the 1st time Daddy took me to the kids play area....& I loved it!! There were no hardwood floors for me to hurt my head on & no electrical outlets for me to try to get to. I was having fun crawling around & laughing & even got a kiss from a little girl named Riley. She was 1 1/2 but I had a ton more hair!

A walk in the park

Today was a beautiful day to walk...not too cold & finally no rain! Our local animal shelter hosted a walk in Jackson Park. They asked for a dog food donation & we got a free pedometer & hot dogs. It was a lot of fun. Skylar loved seeing all of the dogs. We even saw 2 snakes on our walk!
